All of Ambrogia’s boards are different to be sure they are using the freshest ingredients.  Ambrogia rotates their selection of cured meats and they include; Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella, Speck, Coppa, Bresaola, Salame. They rotate their ten-twelve cheese selection from young and mild to aged, hard, and funky such as Gorgonzola and Taleggio that are sure to satisfy!  The vegetable selections includes cured (slow roasted Roma tomatoes cured in olive oil) and pickled (pepperoncini, peppadew peppers, giardiniera, cipolline borettane in balsamic vinegar) vegetables.
